We charge a $89 white glove fee. That allows us to inspect and find the problem and give you a quote on the repair. The $89 goes towards the cost of the repair. (applies to non-warranty repairs)
Fill that out the best you can and then ship the ROV/Drone to us and let us know the tracking number. We will send you an invoice for the white glove service.
