DJI Care Enterprise is an after-sales service plan specially designed for DJI Enterprise products, allowing you to fly with peace of mind without worrying about accidental damage. DJI Care Enterprise offers three packages that provide tailor-made and comprehensive services based on your needs:

DJI Care Enterprise Basic
For accidental damage to DJI Enterprise products during normal use and operation within the coverage period, two replacements are offered, and each replacement costs a small additional fee.

DJI Care Enterprise Plus
For accidental damage to DJI Enterprise products during normal use and operation within the coverage period, a free repair or replacement service is available, provided that your total coverage amount is sufficient for the deduction of a fee equivalent to the damage assessment cost. Shared coverage can be extended to other DJI Enterprise devices bound to DJI Care Enterprise Plus within 30 days after the first binding.

DJI Care Enterprise Basic (2-Year Plan)
For accidental damage to DJI Enterprise products during normal use and operation within the coverage period, three replacements are offered, and each replacement costs a small additional fee.
Additionally, the official warranty period for your product will be extended by at least 12 months. In the event of damage caused by a manufacturing defect within the extended warranty period, DJI will cover the repair fees for your product, provided that it meets all extended warranty requirements specified in the service agreement for DJI Care Enterprise Basic (2-Year Plan).

* For EU and UK versions, the warranty period of your product will not be extended.

Comprehensive Protection for Your Fleet
DJI Care Enterprise was specially created to provide comprehensive protection for your DJI Enterprise products. Offering coverage options with unlimited replacements or free repair services for accidental damage such as crashing, water damage, or signal interference. This efficient and total accident protection service provides greater peace of mind for your entire DJI fleet.
Unlimited Free Replacements - Unlimited free replacements for drones are provided with DJI Care Enterprise.
* For each replacement, a fee equivalent to the damage assessment cost for the original product is deducted from the coverage amount.
Unlimited Sharing Coverage for Your Whole Fleet - Minimize your risk and simplify your workflow with one account to protect your entire fleet. With shared coverage across an entire fleet, an unlimited number of products can be bought, activated and bound to your DJI Care Enterprise account, increasing your total coverage and peace of mind.
Multiple Choices and Comprehensive Care -
Choose from the two plans provided by DJI Care Enterprise based on your flight needs, and enjoy work-saving flight care.
Water Damage Coverage - 
Fly fearlessly with DJI Care Enterprise, replace your aircraft even if its water damaged. Replacement units are also provided for: Crash & Collision Damage, Signal Interference, and other accidents caused by User Error.
Free Delivery -
DJI will cover all the shipping costs when you are using DJI Care Enterprise service, helping you to enjoy an optimal experience.
* This service is only available in the region covered by DJI Care Enterprise, and if outside a covered region, the shipping costs and customs clearance fees generated are not covered by DJI.
DJI Care Enterprise Renew extends the protection for your DJI Enterprise products
With DJI Care Enterprise Renew protection plans, you can extend the DJI Care Enterprise service for your DJI Enterprise products. If you purchased DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew, unlimited replacements or free repair services within the coverage amount will be offered for product damage to your product for one year. If you purchased DJI Care Enterprise Basic Renew, 1 low-price replacement will be offered if damage occurs to your product within one year, and the official warranty period of the product will be extended by 12 months.
