Comes with Zenmuse XT Gimbal Adapter

The DJI Zenmuse XT 640 resolution makes aerial thermal imaging easier than ever. DJI is the industry expert in gimbal technology and image transmission. Meanwhile FLIR is leading the industry in thermal imaging technology. DJI and FLIR combined their expertise to create the Zenmuse XT. The Zenmuse XT is the best solution for quick and reliable thermal imaging from the air.

Integrated Thermal Camera

FLIR developed the camera on the DJI Zenmuse XT. This model provides high-sensitivity (50mK) thermal imaging at 640/30 fps. The high sensitivity provides extremely accurate temperature measurements making it ideal for analytics. A custom DJI gimbal controls the Zenmuse XT. The gimbal provides beautiful imagery and 360 degrees of seamless rotational movement.

Precision Full-Screen Temperature Measurement

The Zenmuse XT 640 resolution camera provides twice the accuracy of the standard Zenmuse XT. It also has new analysis and recording functions. These functions allow you to view of the temperature of any part of the image that you tap. You can also select an area to see the highest, lowest, average temperatures, and their locations. You can calibrate the camera to increase the precision of temperature measurement. Do this by setting external parameters including background temperature, scene emissivity and more. If you capture photos in the TIFF format, you can record the temperature of each pixel for further processing and analysis. A temperature alert threshold can be set. When it detects the temperature, the threshold will activate. This capability could simplify and speed up search and rescue and inspection activities. zenmuse xt imaging view

Applications

Image Enhancement Software

Infra-red imagery requires optimization to ensure the greatest definition for capturing information. The Zenmuse XT features a suite of image enhancements designed by FLIR. These enhancements include: Digital Detail Enhancement, Smart Scene Optimization, Active Contrast Enhancement, and Information Based HEQ (IBHEQ). Smart Scene Optimization enhances extremes in bi-modal scenes. Active Contrast Enhancement adjusts scene contrast relative to its temperature difference. Information Based HEQ compresses complex image data to create the best quality image.

Fingertip Control

You can control the Zenmuse XT completely through the DJI GO app. The app provides real-time, low latency view of what the camera sees. The app also provides access to core camera functions including the following:
  • Spot metering, temperature measurement at the mid-point
  • Digital zoom
  • Single or interval shooting modes
  • Photo, video preview and download
  • Take photos while recording video
  • Various camera settings and parameters including:
  • Palette, also referred to as Look-up Table (LUT)
  • Scene, also referred to as Automatic Gain Correction (AGC)
  • Region of Interest (ROI)
  • Isotherm mode
