  • Model Compatibility: This cable is only compatible with DJI Matrice 4T and Matrice 4E batteries. Do not use it with other Matrice models (e.g., Matrice 300, Matrice 350) or non-DJI batteries, as it may not fit or could damage the battery/power station.
  • Power Station Requirement: The cable must be used with a DJI Power series portable power station (e.g., Power 1000, Power 1000 V2, Power 2000) to achieve the 200W charging speed – it does not support standard wall outlets.
  • Cable Care: Avoid bending the cable sharply at the connectors or pulling it by the wires. Store it loosely coiled to prevent internal wire damage.

Government Customers:

Government customers are eligible for 30 days terms based on the issuance of a confirmed original purchase order on government letterhead. If you are a government agency and will be issuing a purchase order with 30 day terms, please notify your account manager. Credit terms for government agencies are not automatic so please discuss with your Blue Skies Drones account manager when submitting your order. All orders placed on terms must be shipped to a verifiable government address and will require adult signature.

Non-Government Customers:

Blue Skies Drones accepts credit card payments, money orders, certified checks, and wire transfers for customer purchases according to the following schedule below:

Credit Card Payments: Up to $5,000 can be charged on a credit card without incurring additional fees.

  • All credit card orders must be shipped to the credit card's billing address and will require a signature upon delivery. 
  • Any amount above $5,000 requires another payment option below.

Wire Transfers: You can use a wire transfer to pay any Blue Skies Drones invoice. Please contact us for a quote to get wire transfer information

Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will ship the same business day when received before 12:00 p.m. PST. Orders in high demand will have an estimated time listed on its product page and will ship according to the date listed.

Signature is required for most shipments.

*How long does it take for you to ship a product?*
This depends on your location, the method of shipping and the item you choose.

For in stock items inside the USA we typically ship by UPS and FedEx and for small items we ship by USPS. We typically ship items within 1-2 business days of the order for in stock shipment.

Ground Shipments can take up to 5 Business days from our Washington location. Express options are available by contacting us, but UPS and FedEx do NOT guarantee any shipments at this time.

If there are lithium batteries (most drones & ROVS), these cannot be shipped express.

USPS typically takes 2-3 business days for the smaller items by priority mail.

Special Order items can take time to arrive, but once they arrive we ship them out right away.

Do we offer Financing?  The short answer is YES we do!

To determine the best financing option, we need to determine if you are interested in a personal financing option or if you will be using a business to finance your purchase.

BUSINESS OPTIONS:

We work with 2 different companies for financing.  Each Organization has their own criteria for purchases. These Financing options are for US customers only.

There are also 2 options to work with on a person level.  Think of a this as purchasing on a credit card and paying it off in a short time period. These are Buy Now, Pay Later options. Keep in mind that you may also use the personal options for business too.
